Why RCS

Care that's easy to actually start.

No portals to set up, no long forms before you're heard — just a straightforward way in.

Affordable & insurance-friendly

We accept insurance, and cost is talked through up front — before anything's expected of you.

Private & confidential

What you share stays between us. No dashboards, no data broker, no surprise sharing.

Telehealth

Every membership session is by telehealth — meet from wherever you're based.

Evidence-based approaches

CBT, DBT, and ACT — whichever fits what you're actually working through, not a one-size template.

How this works

What you can count on.

Getting started takes three steps — and you're not doing them alone.

The details people usually have to ask about — answered up front.

You see one therapist

No intake department, no care coordinator, no getting matched to whoever has an opening. The person you meet in your first session is the person you keep meeting.

Your sessions roll over

A busy month doesn't cost you a session — unused sessions carry forward instead of expiring. Email between sessions is included too, answered within 24 to 48 hours.

No long-term contract

Stop whenever you need to — just two weeks' notice, and your final period is prorated so you only pay for what you used. No lock-in, no cancellation fee, no phone call to talk you out of it.

Services

Support built around where you are right now.

Every path looks different. These are the ways we usually start.

Individual Counseling

Personalized support built around your goals, with practical coping strategies for real growth. We draw on approaches like CBT, DBT, and ACT — whichever fits what you're working through.

Couples Counseling

Strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and work through conflict together in a supportive, judgment-free space. Whether you're navigating a rough patch or want to grow closer, we help couples reconnect.

Family Therapy

Strengthen communication, work through conflict, and build a home where every family member feels heard and supported.

Psychoeducation

Build practical skills for real-life challenges — communication, anger management, parenting, trauma recovery, reunification, and more — through courses tailored to what you're working to change.

What's included

Everything that comes with care here.

Not just the session itself — a few things built in to make ongoing support actually work.

Choose your format

Individual, couples, or family sessions — all membership sessions by telehealth, from wherever you're based.

Skill-building courses

Psychoeducation on communication, parenting, trauma recovery, and more — tailored to what you're actually working to change.
